How long does it take for my order to ship?
All items are made to order, and most orders ship within 2–3 weeks of the order date—often sooner!
If there’s an unexpected delay with your item, we’ll reach out with an updated ship date and available options
What are my shipping options?
At checkout, you can choose the following shipping options:
- *NEW* School Pick-Up Orders placed between July 1st and August 10th, 2025 will be available for pick-up beginning at the Back to School Kick-Off event on August 19th. Orders placed after August 10 will be available for pick-up at school on Fridays. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready.
- Flat Rate Shipping: We’ve implemented a flat shipping fee of $5.60 on all orders.
- Free shipping is available on orders over $60.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Absolutely! As long as your items haven’t been worn and it’s within 30 days of your purchase, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange.
We’ve made returns even easier for the upcoming school year!
How to Return or Exchange
- Download and fill out this return form
- Drop off your item(s) in the Returns & Exchange Box, now located in both:
- The Welcome Center in our Lower School
- The Middle & High School building
Processing Times
- Returns: Please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed to your credit card.
- Exchanges: For size exchanges, please allow 10 business days to receive your replacement item(s) for school pick-up.
